EXHIBITIONS PROGRAMME 2012

Exhibitions give our members an opportunity to display and sell their work.  The variety of subjects, mediums and techniques used culminate in presenting some of the largest Art Shows in the Area.

Our venue is The Lansdowne Hotel,  King  Edward’s Parade, Eastbourne when the Lawns and Martello Restaurants are transformed into Galleries holding almost 300 exhibits for sale.

Work displayed is in various mediums, Watercolour, Acrylic and Oil, also including  Mixed Media Studies, Silk Paintings, Pen and Wash, Charcoal , Pastel , Still Life,  as well as Flora and Fauna.

Admission to all our Exhibitions is free and the viewer is guided around the displays by our catalogue which gives details of the Artist and prices.  A donation is asked for the catalogue which is then given to our chosen Charity for the year.

       Our next Exhibition will be held in June 2012 over the Jubilee Bank Holiday weekend.

           This will also be to celebrate the opening 100 years ago of the Lansdowne Hotel
